We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is an issue with the product you have received, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange, depending on the issue.
  • Incorrect Product: If we send the wrong product or if the product differs significantly from what was ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a return.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Products that are marked as non-returnable or final sale.

3. How to Return a Product

  • Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email address. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos (if applicable) of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Step 2: Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for the product to be picked up or returned to us.
  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned product and confirm the issue, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund for Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund. This will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify the condition.
  • Refund for Incorrect Products: If the wrong product was sent to you and it cannot be replaced with the correct one, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued only in cash at the time of product return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed by our delivery team at the time of pick-up or return.

5. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Shipping Charges: The cost of returning the product is free of charge for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Non-Defective Returns: For any other returns that are not due to damage, defect, or incorrect products, the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

6. Exchanging a Product

If you wish to exchange a product for any reason (such as size, colour, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

7. Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before the item is shipped or dispatched for delivery.
